After many years as a field service engineer and working for various manufacturers, I realised that there were no companies that provided both an installation service as well as repairs in domestic appliances. After approaching many stores and a successful advertising and marketing campaign we have seen growth every year and our workforce has now doubled. I put the success down to having set values and good engineers, all our staff follow and continue to meet our dedication to good service. Our pledge is to provide the best service possible, offer same day or next day service, and keep prices at a fair price to ensure that the repair is economically viable, our vans are clean and tidy mostly new and our engineers are uniformed as we feel a professional appearance is of great importance as is the quality of workmanship.

In the last 3 years we have managed to secure several contracts ranging from work direct from manufacturers as their service agent, insurance companies, large domestic appliance chains and national service agencies. All these companies have benefited from the high level of service we provide.

We give honest impartial advice, if we feel your appliance has passed it's sell by date our engineers would inform you, and a small professional opinion charge would be payable. As a W.E.E.E* compliant company we try to keep appliances going for as long as possible for economical reasons, we do not promote a throw away society.
Some old machines are far more superior to modern equivalents, let's keep them going!
