Hi, Your engineer Dean came to mend my oven yesterday and did a fantastic job in the respect that he was polite, punctual, well communicated, cheerful and professionally repaired the oven in no time at all. He also told me that 9 times out of 10 with an oven the fault lies with the element but thankfully it was only a corroded connection which he fixed for no extra charge. I admire his honesty as it would have been an easy thing to sell me a new element at £40 plus vat with me being non the wiser. He left my house after cleaning up after himself and left giving me a good feeling of well being. I was recommended to your company by two friends and I will certainly be recommending your company to my friends in the future.

Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing to you with regard to a fridge/freezer I had installed on Friday 17th October by your company, which was arranged through (Blank).

I was very pleased with the service I received and the attitude and conscientiousness of the two installers who completed the job.

I was feeling a little worried about my decision to have the appliance installed on a Friday afternoon, as I was concerned that the job may be rushed and botched as many people want to finish for the weekend as quickly as possible.

I am pleased to say that this was not the case and the two men, Jason and Nigel did a great job and I was very pleased with the result.

I know they were just doing their job, but in an age when there is often more cause to complain about shoddy workmanship and poor service, I wanted to inform you that I was very impressed with the service I received.

I had not heard of your company prior to this and I would certainly use your services again and recommend your company to friends and family.

As a matter of interest I could not find you in the telephone directory, in the business listings.

To Deans Proprietor

I presume I am writing to the Deans corgi gas appliance specialist who have fitters employed by (Blank).

We purchased an indesit cooker at the weekend from them and the fitters who fitted it were from Deans.

I have rung (Blank) to ask they give me the young man (I think his name was given as Carl whatever, (a bit of a garbled letter this!!) but he and the other young man did a most excellent job, and he explained everything he did!

We did ring (Blank) to give them our thanks but just in case it didn't reach them. A most sincere thank you.
