Our rates are competitive.

- Built-in appliance charge £59:00
- Gas appliance charge £69:00
- Range cooker or bearing job £79:00
- Installation survey £20:00
- All prices are exclusive of VAT or parts required, labour charge includes call out and return visit if necessary.
Fixed Price Servicing
Many service companies do fixed price servicing, that is they charge a maximum price for any repair to an appliance, very often this price has been arrived at by taking the worst case scenario into consideration so as not to lose money on any job. Unfortunately this means that for some very simple jobs the customer is overcharged.
Have a look also at the small print, as very often the repair only has a 3 month warranty; whereas we offer a 6 month warranty on our repairs.
Our Policy
We prefer not to do that, see our Service Pledge. We prefer to price a job according to the simplicity or complexity of the job, which means the customer pays a fair price for their repair. Our fixed prices are the labour repair charges and our Customer Loyalty Program enrolment fee.
- For a one-off payment of £36:00 (inc VAT). Join our Customer Loyalty Program; this is a customer lifetime program which entitles the customer to a 30% discount off any of our services. i.e. washer repair, gas hob install, specialist installation etc. See Services Page for a more complete list of jobs which we can do for you.
- Join any time for an immediate discount off your next repair. You will receive a letter with your unique loyal customer number; simply quote this number when booking your next repair.
- Enjoy cheaper repair costs in the future for a small outlay now. Remember this is a lifetime subscription to the named customer, so over a lifetime the savings could be substantial.
